Wireless Network Information
The wireless network at Missouri State
University is compliant with the IEEE802.11b, IEEE 802.11a, and IEEE 802.11g standards. The standards
can all be used simultaneously by different devices providing data services at
up to 11Mbps for "b" or 54Mbps for "a" and "g". The wireless network provides users with
flexibility and mobility that may not be available on the wired network.
